Penguin Plays Rough is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who get bossed around (in a loving way, she hopes) by Pip Smith. Pip used to live at 475 King St where she started the night with Elly King in 2008, but Elly, being whisked away to London, relinquished her role at the helm and Amelia Schmidt stepped in. But then Amelia got snatched away from us by some poxy little rag in Melbourne called Beat (no, they’re alright really). So now the only person you can contact is Pip if you want to submit a story, tell her you’ll never leave her for another city, or ask any questions.
